Payment systems

It is possible to buy in the online shop by debit/credit card, paypal or bank transfer. Payment is handled securely on the PayPal platform.

Shipping

We ship our products all over the world. If you live in Barcelona you have the possibility to pick up the product directly in the Showroom. In Catalonia and throughout mainland Spain shipping is free. There is a PREMIUM option to receive the product in 1/2 days in Barcelona and 3/4 days in Spain. We also ship in Europe and the rest of the world with CORREOS. Delivery times may vary depending on distances and country.

Returns and Refunds

It is possible to return the product for a full refund within 2 weeks from the date of delivery. After 2 weeks, please contact: shop@lorenabarcelona.com.

To return a product send an email to shop@lorenabarcelona.com and wait for return instructions. Once we receive the product back and if the product is in perfect condition we will proceed to refund the purchase in approximately one week.

Warranty on Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage due to transport, please contact shop@lorenabarcelona.com for return, replacement and/or refund instructions.
